Welcome to our Annual Christmas Lunch.
Join us and experience great company, food, wine and MX-5 banter in abundance making a fine start to the festive season. We'll have our own private function suite for the day so will have plenty of time to enjoy the party atmosphere.
As usual, we'll have a secret Santa. If you wish to participate simply bring along a Ladies present if you're a lady or a Gents present if you're a gent. We normally look upon a value of around £5 - £7.50 as a guide.
If anyone would like to stay in the hotel on the night of the event, a special room rate has been arranged with the hotel. This is £80 for a double including breakfast and £55 for a single room (same as last year). If you wish to take up this offer please phone the hotel direct and quote the MX-5 car club and NESS to get the reduced room prices.
Eleven rooms have been provisionally booked, so get in quick if you want to stay over and enjoy the day without having to drive home.
The contact on reception is Steven and he can be contacted on 01698 791111.
NOTE: The Christmas meal is £20.95 per head which should be paid in full to Maria Ford or Alison Ness by the 1st of November.
UPDATE: - Payment method now changed - please pay on the day of the lunch.
If anyone has a particular dietary requirement, could they let Jim or I know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Had a lovely time, and glad I stayed over (despite the hassle overnight!). I actually shared the lift with Vivienne, the owner, when I was leaving and had a good chat with her. She was concerned about people leaving with a bad impression. I assured her we'd been delighted with the hotel, staff, meals and service, and that we realise there's only so much they can do re troublemakers. She was planning on contacting those clients today. Sorry to hear about your burglary Bobbie and Richard :-(
