Meet at 11:00 for a 11:30 departure
Gemmell's Garden Centre
Trabboch Road,

This run is planned to take us around some of the sights of the Ayrshire countryside, coast and great roads. We will start at Sainsburys in Strathaven where there are toilets & fuel but no café.

We will then head through Muirkirk, Sorn, Mauchline before stopping at Gemmell's Garden Centre for a coffee and cake or bacon roll, hopefully no shopping!

Gemmell's Garden centre

Fully refreshed we plan to head towards Ayr, Maybole, Maidens, past Turnberry, through Girvan to a toilet stop in Ballantrae where we will hopefully get good views of Ailsa Craig.

From Ballantrae we will head inland along some interesting roads towards  Barr, Dallmellington, New Cumnock before ending up at the The Coylton Arms for a late lunch.

Coylton Arma

We have provisionally reserved 40 places for lunch  between 2.30pm - 3.00pm,  and we need to confirm the final numbers on the 15th May.
