The run today will pass through Stirlingshire, Fife and Perthshire before returning to Stirling for an end of run meal at the Birds & Bees pub, which is central to all from East, West and Mid Scotland. We start at Kincardine before a scenic drive via Culross, Inverkeithing (spot the new aircraft carrier) to Cupar and a coffee stop at Cairnie Fruit Farm (pick your own strawberries if you want and bring a flask if you don't want to buy coffee). We then head for the north Fife coast and the Tay Bridge before entering deepest Perthshire to Glenfarg and Dunning with a final run over Sheriffmuir to Stirling.
