Tayside Planning meet
Sat 15th Feb 2014 to Sat 15th Feb 2014
organised by Tayside Scotland

Car Count : 8

[ show pre-run info ]

17 members attended our AGM for the first time at the Discovery Quay table table restaurant.
I was nominated as AC for another year, Sandy Smith was voted in as joint AC.
Eddie Cairns was voted as minute take and printed off the meeting minutes (will email to those who were at the meeting.
we welcomed a new Tayside member Shirley Blann who has a really shiney Mk2.5 Montana edition.
The talk was about arranging a monthly meetin place and 2 locations were proposed,
1) the Royal Tay yacht Club in Broughty Ferry , Dundee
2) Belmont Arms near Meigle, Perthshire
I will have to pay them a visit to see if either/both are acceptable.
It is hope that we join Grampian area on a few repeat runs this year plus we have a good chance of going to the Classic car show in Ladybank, Fife (details later)
As Jen and I are off with our motorhome a few times we asked for a volunteer to become joint AC and Sandy Smith was soon proposed, seconded and then voted in ! welcome Sandy.
Many thanks to all of those who took the time to come on the day, much appreciated !!

The problem with a long table is not getting a chance to get a word with everybody there. But great to see a good turnout.
Welcome aboard Shirley.
Don't worry Tom old age has its drawbacks.
