We wish to welcome as many members as possible to our annual planning meeting. This is your opportunity to help shape our brilliant club for the 2011 season. If you have a favourite MX-5 style road you would like to share with us or even better a complete day’s route you would like us to use, then come along and let us know.
We’re always on the lookout for new roads to drive on and restaurants to use. We also need as many of you as possible to volunteer to help plan our events. One thing’s for sure you only get out of the club what you’re prepared to put in, so please feel free to come along and help to make 2011 the best year yet. If you’ve never planned a run before rest assured that you will be given plenty of help to make the day a success. So what are you waiting for? Get onto Google Maps and get planning.
As normal the Area Co-ordinator positions are up for election/re-election. If you would like to be considered for one of these positions then please get in touch with Ian prior to the meeting. They are very important and rewarding positions which enable the club to function smoothly at local and national level, so why not give it some thought.

On a more social note: Once again we intend to have lunch at the hotel before the formal meeting starts. This has the added advantage as it saves the club money. As long as we have a reasonable number of members for lunch the hotel gives us free use of the function room, so it’s a win win situation.
If you wish to take part in the lunch please post below so that we can book a space for you at the table.
Soup of the day
melon and seasonal berries
Homemade Battered/breaded haddock with potatoes or french fries and vegetables or salad.
Homemade steak pie with vegetables and potatoes/french fries.
Two Courses Only £10.95
There will also be sweets, cheese platter, tea/coffee available as well as full bar facilities.
