Tech Day
Sun 25th Nov 2007
organised by Central Scotland

Car Count : 11
[ show pre-run info ]

Another fine Tech Day to add to the list, not a busy day, yeah I know try telling that to Tom who unexpectedly ended up with a complete brake overhaul which included new rear discs and pads, or to Shaun who only went and fitted a Towbar. Other attendees were happy to have dealt with more minor tasks like... Timing checked or a Wind Blocker fitted and a few more went away with their drain holes cleared or more importantly now knowing where to find them for future inspection.
After we had had our fill of Burgers and kebabs a special treat was laid on by Robin, he had prepared a large and very delicious Trifle, your welcome back any time Robin.
Good to meet Sarah on her first Club event and soon to be member Jim also on his first Club outing.
Thanks again to Richard and Eileen for hosting the Day.

Sorry, but with Eilidh still getting over pneumonia, we decided against coming today.

Huge thanks to everyone involved getting Windblocker on. No noticeable difference with brace bar off. Good to meet Sarah (cracking car),
Jim, & Joe properly.

Many thanks to Richard and Eileen foe their usual excellent hospitality.

Special mention to Richard's greater than usual tollerance of idiots with bits "pinging" round the garage.

Great to meet everyone. Now  know where to find the drain holes and that I have a windblocker. Hoping to win the raffle prize so that my car is shiny for the next time! Now have a long list of bits to buy.
Thanks to Richard and Eileen and Robin for the trifle (tasted as good as it looks).
