Tech Day
This year we had arranged another visit to the Dreadnought Garage in Callander, so that some of our members could have a full 4 wheel alignment check done. Back at Richard & Eileens the rest of the group were doing plenty of different maintenance tasks and improvements to their cars, a welcome break came at the BBQ Lunch where we got the chance to warm up a bit.

Thanks to everyone involved, especially Richard & Eileen for your hospitality & for finding those extra bolts Richard!

Couldn't detect a huge difference in my car on the way home, but it wasn't that bad to start with. It's still nice to have it done properly though.

Thanks Richard and Eileen for your hospitality. Dave your new Mk3 looks cool mate. Well I'm off to find someone from Mazda. And give them a kick in the Smalls for my damaged hardtop.

Warning don't store a Mk3 hardtop on a Mazda hardtop stand!!!

Many thanks for everything, mudflaps DIDN'T scrape on the chippings as we got home, thank goodness! Hoping Santa will send me some nice and shiny cups to go in my nice shiny cupholder :). Many thanks again to Richard and Eileen, hope Cara didn't have any repucussions from eating the remaining burgers!

Did you find it made a noticeable difference to your car Fraser? Mine seems a bit more grippy now.

It certainly seems more stable, although I couldnt open the throttle because of the weather.  I really need to but myself a front spoiler.  Its good to know it's donr properly now.

Many thanks to Richard & Eileen for an afternoon in their idyllic courtyard! Also, big thanks to the lads involved in getting Jen's grill fitted, and cheers to Phil for bringing it.  It was good to put faces to names properly. Can't wait to get my mits on my wee BRG this Thursday!

Had a good day, and good to meet some new people.
Dreadnought did a fantastic job with my own alignment settings, and the car feels great through the corners even in that downpour! Thanks to everyone
