Track Tuition Night
Tue 18th Apr 2006
organised by Central Scotland

Car Count : 4
[ show pre-run info ]

Only one car involved in this years track tuition event, however a few of us turned up to give our support to Jim on what was a cold but sunny and dry night. Going by the reaction and enthusiasm of Jim after he took the chequered flag I think it was safe to say that he enjoyed himself.

A great time at Knockhill - a must for any doubtful of track tuition. Thanks to Gaving, Tom and Douglas for coming along and lending their moral support - much appreciated. A special thanks to Gavin for taking the photos despite frozen hands - but he warmed them up again on the tyres during my pit stop.

Looking forward to the Club run at Knockhill in July :-)

Looks like a good night out.  What are the track improvements like?

And nice and warm they were Jim. Glad you enjoyed it.

Kev, The whole circuit has been resurfaced. Due to safety reasons the starting grid up to half way down the first bend has been widened. This was primarily due to touring cars, if one stalled and others had to go round them then at least the track is now wide enough.
