09:30 Meet at Bobbie & Richards for Bobbie's tea and scones.
10:30 Departure of run.
Parking is available in neighbours drives and you will be directed upon arrival.

A 140 mile run heading north from Muckhart using mainly minor roads through some beautiful countryside. We go via Dunning, Kinkell Bridge, Methven, Bankfoot (comfort stop) and Aberfeldy. Lunch stop is at Highland Safaris at Dull (twinned with Boring in Canada). The return run again takes in some wonderful scenery via Kenmore, Glen Quaich, Crieff, Strathallan, Rumbling Bridge and Saline.
Sunny weather is guaranteed.
The end of the run is at Aldo’s Italian Restaurant in Alloa where we will have our own room for dining.
Both lunch and dinner stops have vegetarian and gluten free options.

Each salad has a base of tasty mixed salad leaves, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, gratted carrot, sunblushed tomatoes, topped with toasted pinenuts & dressed with Raspberry Dressing from Summer Harvest.

Dunkeld Hot Smoked Salmon Salad - Delicious locally produced salmon and perfect with Scottish Horseradish cream sauce from the Isle of Bute £8.50
DINNER STOP - BAR ALDOS MENU.
£20 per head for 3 course and tea/coffee.

Bruschetta (garlic bread topped with tomatoes and basil)
Homemade chicken liver pate (toasted bread and caramelised onion)

Lasagne (oven baked pasta sheets with tomato meat filling topped with cheese sauce)
Pollo cacciatora (chicken cooked in tomatoes,pepper,olives,mushrooms and olives) (gluten free)
Pollo funghi (chicken in mushroom and cream sauce)
Penne arrabiata (pasta with hot chilli sauce) (gluten free on request)
Fillet of seabass with either a lemon or tomato sauce served with vegetables
Vegetarian option on request
Mixed Italian ice cream

Thanks for a good half day. Second half not so good as when I arrived in Killin I knew I was not going to catch up with the car in front. Need to buy a new car with sat nav or find a codriver! Hope to have a better run next time.

Allan, sorry we lost you today. Killin was not on the original plan. We had a very large number of cars today and trying to keep track of everyone is almost impossible. However if you had a good 'half day' that is great. Hope we see you at the next one.

A big thanks to Bobbie & Richard for organising the run. It was my first outing with the new Mazda and really enjoyed it.
... and thanks for organising the weather as well. The roof was down from the time I left home in the morning till the time I got back.
