My mk2 iccon in getting rear springs and found rear sills are rotten. Should I repair or scrap?

No right or wrong answer, only differing opinions.
Do them right, call it around £400.00 a side with new metal as opposed to balls of Daily Record & filler.
Is it worth it to you?
Before you make up your mind check your front chassis rails in the engine dept have not progressed to the appearance of brown elemental cheese.
Do that by removing the drip tray and belting them with a very big hammer....aka a BFH..and poke them with a very big screw driver.
Preferrably while in a bad temper.
They could be the decider.

I'm in Falkirk too incidentally.
I've been there twice where you are at the moment.
If you want, how about a coffee at Teresa's Burger van opposite St Mungo's High and I'll have a look at the car?

Strange is it not..since Mazda claimed galvanisation that did not exist.
These brochures were withdrawn pronto from showrooms.
Wonder why?
