Is it April yet?

Postby Ginger Nuts » Wed Feb 10, 2016 12:51 pm

Got the sun shining, the car pulled out of the garage into the driveway with the hood down to give her a bit of an airing and I'm itching to TAX it now and go for a blast up to St A's!!

Anyone else getting itchy feet?

agreed - I sorned mine for the winter a few years back and had it back on the road after a couple of months, the temptation was too much :)

Took the family up in the Passat, about as boring in driving terms as a 70's chat show host was to entertainment (I'm thinking Val Doonican here)!

Must admit I'm very tempted to stick a years ticket on it this time around, if only to take advantage of the odd (very odd) nice day between Oct and Apr.

Time will tell.

I have just given our Mk3 a check-over yesterday, the sun was shining and I was very tempted to go for a short run. The car has only done 37 miles since its last MOT in Feb 2015.

Yeah, I'm seriously getting itchy to take the car out. Hoping next month the weather will start to clear up...

A car is for using.
Currently in Skye.
Sun has shone all day.
Great roads.
Car filthy and covered in muck, much white salty looking. But if it was off the road I would have missed a great day.
