Remap NC

Postby Scott_J » Sat Dec 19, 2015 2:56 pm

OK, if I fit a 4/1 manifold I understand I will need to re-map the engine. BBR & Roddisons Motorsport are Dahn Sarf and a bit of a trek. Is there anybody in central Scotland doing such work on 2.0 Sport NC 3's.

I believe in the country side, Stirling way, there is some old farm buildings that do not seem to be anything special where there is a rolling road and they do remaps and have a good number on their server already done.

I wil try and get a contact for you.

Oh you do need to get it done but thA will release more power. Those people who have changed the manifold say the car makes more noise, Some like that othes do not.

I had my Mazda 6 MPS remapped at HQ Garage in Dalgety Bay by Russ - check him out on Evo and Time Attack forums, guys a genius - turned what was an already a bit of a wolf in sheeps clothing into an absolute weapon unleashing all me bolt-ons, whilst still being a happy go lucky daily drive for when I had Radio 4 days!

Didn't charge the earth and I'd happily go back, in fact I probably will just to get alignment sorted come Easter time.

Would be worth a call just to see what they could do.
