In Stranraer for The Clan Davidson Gathering and decided to have a wee whirl around local Galloway yesterday. Stranraer, Girvan, Pinwherry, Barrhill, then the Forrest Road to Chirmorrie, Glenwhilly, New Luce, Auchmantle, Castle Kennedy, Sandhead, Port Patrick Back to Stranraer. Wall to wall blue skies. Perfect MX5 day.

When we lived in Newton Stewart I used to love driving from Glenluce to Monreith along the coast, especially at night and always said it would be great in an open top sports car.

I'll need to make an effort and actually do it now I've got the car!!
