Mk2.5 1.8i owner introducing himself

Postby gdelargy » Mon May 25, 2015 9:41 am

Just a quick hello. Registered on the forum a few months ago when I started MX5-shopping, and I needed to send a PM to a seller on here. That one didn't happen, but I finally collected one yesterday: a dark (midnight?) blue 52-plate with low mileage, hard-top, a year's MOT, and the usual rusty arches.

I have a reliable-but-dull Honda Civic which is getting a lot of work use just now. The wee Mazda will hopefully make the weekends more fun.

Hi Eddie,

I spend most of my time with the girlfriend in Uddingston, near Glasgow. That's where the Mazda will live as well, since she's the main driver on the insurance and because there's more space to safely park it.

Our first wee trip was through the Clyde Valley yesterday. Crowded, but still fun. Definitely no regrets so far.

Regards,
G

Yes a good bit less busy in the North East, excellent MX5 country.
