Mazda Insurance

Postby JanmaryD » Mon Jan 19, 2015 7:34 pm

Hi,
I am looking for recommended Insurance companies for my G registered Eunos. Previously I was insured with Footman James but am interested to know who else I can try.

Welcome to the forum JanmaryD.

I just go on to an Insurance comparison site like confused.com or which ever you prefer and buy the cheapest there.

I can recommend both REIS and green light insurance, as my mx is a second car, I have it on a limited mileage classic policy which works out fairly cheap. Reis even covered me for four trackdays a year as part of their policy :)

Greenlight were cheapest for me - no added premiums for modifications unless you go over a certain power. They also do a discount for mx5nutz members.

Thanks for suggestions and I certainly will check them all out. My reason for posting the question is that when I bought my Eunos in 2006, there appeared to be only a couple of companies that would look at insuring a Japanese grey import so it is cheering to know that this is no longer the case.

Hi,
Please feel free to give us a try for insurance if you like. If you wanted to PM me some contact details I'd be happy to arrange for one of my quotes team to give you a call back.
Regards,
Dan.
