Just signed up for 31st myself - only 4 spots now!
We survived France without so much as a hic-up so time for some serious fun!

Hopefully reverse direction won't be to much of an issue for me having only done the correct direction once - might level the playing field a bit!

One question Mark, where did you get that clip thingy that goes on your seatbelt to hold you in? Think I may need one, leather seats are not good on track!!

excellent, another mazda on the list ! the 31st will be normal direction, I think it was planned for reverse but has since been changed. Adam (ak) confirms this on the TrackScotland forum.

the seat belt clip is called the CG lock and is very effective, I was sceptical but picked one up cheap (around £30) on eBay and was well impressed with it. now I'm using a 4 point harness, it has found a home on the passenger seat belt, certainly seems to be appreciated by passengers on track !

if you are not sure, you can borrow mine and see how you get on.

You will notice a big difference, especially with leather seats.

Are you coming along on Tuesday ? Should be a few mx5s turning out, at least 2 on the track and a few more spectating / passengering.

Might try and pop up for bit of spectating around 7, have a meeting at work late on so won't make it for the start.

I finally managed to get the day off work, having only given them two months notice ! Alignment is being done (again) on Thursday, I'll need to fit an mot in some time too. Looking forward to giving the new brakes another thrashing.

Spectators and passengers are free if anyone fancies coming along.
