Culzean Autoclassica 2008

Postby DouglasH » Fri May 16, 2008 2:05 pm

Hope to get a meeting arranged in the next few weeks for the planning team, I know most of the Pub Meet folks that are interested and a few others that offered their help too, if enough were to be at the Pub Meet next week we could get this started or try and arrange a date suitable.

some news...

LATEST NEWS

I am pleased to announce that the magazine Octane have formally confirmed sponsorship of the Culzean Autoclassica Concours d'Elegance and will be announcing their commitment in the next issue coming out in a weeks time.

This will be followed by a full editorial and insert in the August issue out in July.

They will be present at the Autoclassica 23rd 24th August with an enclosure and marquee.

Would like to meet up with anyone interested in helping out at the Culzean Autoclassica Show this Thursday 26th June, at Newhouse Hotel, we have to move on with this, apologies if this date does not suit, if you can't manage this week we will be able to fill you in and extend the planning at next weeks Pub Meet.
I can tell you that this years Show will be much bigger than last years and that Central Scotland along with the members of the other three Areas who have expressed an interest, will be very much part of the organisation on the day.

edit...correct date for meeting posted, thanks Robin.

Pardon me Douglas..do you mean 26th June? That being the case, I am off 24/25/26th and can lend a hand if it helps. (Any excuse to try out the NA's shiny new bits )
Not sure if I can get shifts off to attend the show though.

Sorry, work commitments are stopping me going tonight. We're happy to help out in whatever way we can in the week leading up to the event or whatever else we can do.

Apologies again.
