Prizes for raffle

Postby DouglasH » Sun Feb 27, 2005 7:50 pm

Thanks again to Shaun for donating one of the prizes in todays raffle, if any other members would like to donate something it would be most welcome. We have had a few accessories given to the club (by members) for this purpose and they will be included as prizes in the near future.

Just another mention of thanks to members... John & Heather for handing in a prize to yesterday's raffle, also to Shaun for the last of the Warning Triangle's and to Ian Stokes who very kindly bought and donated a bottle of Lindisfarne Wine, for next month's.

Who said that was the last of the warning triangles Douglas :?:

Is that a subtle hint :( just when I thought I had found a way to finally get rid of them

A big thank you to all the members that donated prizes for the Xmas Lunch Raffle both before the event and on the day, also thanks to some that could not manage to the Lunch but still donated prizes.

Shaun, I desperately need one of those famous warning triangles, just so everyone knows when to avoid us! Probably most of the time actually. I'd be glad to swap a lovely shiny MG gearknob which I got in the raffle (and which Nigel tried hard to make fit this morning!)......I forgot to tell him it was for an MG....Oops! Even went to Halfords specially to get some Allun keys....

Stella,

Not sure if there are any left, people wire taking the proverbial pi** that much that I got rid of some to friends.

I think Gavin got the last one at the tech day :(

Will check and if there are any left I'll keep it for you.
