Impromptu Run.....anyone - 10/2/08

Postby Baron von Ripper » Sat Feb 09, 2008 2:41 pm

Not attanding the Tech day tomorrow ??????????
At a loose end and the Sun shinning in the window ?????????

Good opportunity for some of the 'part timers' eg Kev777 to get their cars onto the road OR anybody thinking about taking their last run in a 5 (chunky)

This will be an 'unofficial' run somewhere
Need to nip out for an hour - some (not much) details when I get back !

NB: This activity has been rubber stamped by 'The Management'

OK Woolfridge !

Since it looks like just the 2 of us, i'll make it easy for you.....

Meet at Calderglen Country Park......and we'll leave about 10:30am.

Wrap up warm.

And by the way - we may stop for lunch, but nothing arranged on an 'impromtu' - so if you want to bring a play piece.....feel free.

Great run (despite the late departure - 10:38, shocking!) Unfortunately I had to peel off at Elvanfoot and head home - I hope the last leg went well.

Thanks BvR and everyone else.

run

Postby Rob and Margaret » Sun Feb 10, 2008 7:39 pm

A great wee run, thanks to the Baron for organising.
It was one of those unexpected days full of winter sunshine with the top down on some of my favourite roads in great company, just perfect.
