Laggan Road

Drove across from Newtonmore to Fort William on the Laggan Road the other day (shame it was in a VW Passat!) the road is now re-tarmaced on the bad areas and except from the last 5 miles or so near Spean Bridge is a really good drive with lots of long straight parts and nice twisty bits.....great scenery too...you can see the castle from "Monach of the Glen" (TV series)
Watch out for the caravans though!

I agree. What a difference they have made to the road since the autumn.
