Mad Mortons Extravaganza Run

Postby DouglasH » Sat Nov 10, 2007 1:57 am

I dug deep into my archives and found a couple of Kodak APS pictures (pre digital days for me) of the restaurant we will be Lunching at on Sunday, when it was called The Pitscottie Inn, we used it for a lunch stop on the Lap of Fife Run, 25 November 2001, always remember it as we had spent too long over the meal and Car Park banter, ended up going over the single track road from Falkland to Leslie in pitch dark.Good run though.

A couple of Questions to the few members that were there and are still around today  ...

What was unusual about the Mariner Blue Mk-1.

Who had his new Mk-2.5 on this run, probably the first to have one in the Club. (let him answer and at least that will be twice he has posted on the forum this year   )

Sandy was the 2.5 and Ari (?) was the mariner blue - his one and only trip out with us in his left hand drive 5.
I may even get the fetching flying jacket out again for tomorrow ;-)
