Strath Tay & Tummel

Just done this today - first time in a 5.

Leave Dunkeld and take the Crieff road, at Amulree, head over the moors via Glen Quaich for Kenmore. The moors road is narrow but provides spectacular views of Ben Lawers and Schiehallion. After a coffee in Kenmore head out of the village for Killin, but turn towards Coshieville and up the hill towards Braes of Foss. The bends on this road go on and on forever. A short break at Braes of Foss for some photies then head on downhill to Tummel Bridge, along by Queen's View and into Pitlochry. At Pitlochry take the Blairgowrie Road over the Moulin Moors, be careful during lambing season on this road. The last bit from Bridge of Cally to Blairgowrie has always been a favourite of mine - lovely sweeping bends through the trees - watch out for the traffic lights on the Iron Bridge.

Looks stunning Malc, did the Moulin Moors road from Pitlochry last Sunday for the first time to get to Glenshee ... and I'm a real fan.

This road will definitely be appearing on a NSS run before too long!
Cheers
