Looks like a great day.

Hopefully next year won't clash with the "Gathering"

Looks great - although I see that beige Metro turned up again! Don't think we should have any problems participating in that case..

Isn't it a 360 Challenge Stradale? I'll get my anorak...

You see not all that dodgy, let me explain…We all turned up at Culzean Castle….
Image
And set up our wee Club Stand…
Image
Image
We left for the promo photoshoot at Turnberry Racetrack where we even got one of our favourite restaurants 'Malin Court' in the background….
Image
Very disappointed when we came back to find a couple of posh numbers had parked on our stand…
Image
So what else was a chap to do, thinking they really wanted to be part of our Club…
Image
We left a little Club Brochure and Membership form on the windscreen…
Image
Must have given the owner something to reflect upon…
Image
As the very next day lo and behold what do I see on Pistonheads…

AND IF HE BUYS AN MX-5 I'LL EAT MY STRAW HAT

A few more pictures...
Alex and Cameraman heading off on the Ayrshire Run…

Followed by Gordon and Janice…

And a couple of nice Goldwings

Clearly had a need to align with some real driving enthusiasts.
That is hilarious!

Gordon, could I have a 'full size' copy of your airfield shot for the magazine article.

And Douglas, could I also have your straw hats shot, and maybe me driving out on the run with the cameraman.

I think my e-mail address is available on the site.

ALEX.
