Indoor Karting at Livingston 22nd April 2007

.... for those that enjoy 'tracking' their car.

Yes I'm interested in the Karting Event and I would prefer...

Option 1-Two separate Grand Prix's giving each team 2 hours on track.
8
53%
Option 2-Two hour non stop endurance race with 8 teams of 4
7
47%

hi guys just to let you know i will need to no numbers by no later than fri so that i can contact the karting club and let them know, please remember women can also take part in this ,if we could get 28 that would be great as that would give us 7 teams of 4 and that would give everyone a good drive as remember as 2 hours is a long time, usually after 10 laps of this track and your knackered

I'm sorry folks, but I'm going to have to drop out. That's not something I like to do, having said I'll go, but my elbow is no better and it gives me jip after an hour's drive to work on a motorway. Dragging a kart around a track for any length of time is going to leave me in agony I think.
Sorry.
On the bright side, one team no longer has a fat duffer on their team

Yep, I'm still in.

I'm going to ask my daughter's boyfriend today, he's come along to karting before so hopefully will be up for it. I'll post again today with his answer!

I assume we are definitely still on with these reduced numbers? At the same price?

Sorry to have to do this at the last minute, however, due to circumstances outwith my control, I will have to pull out of the karting

Tried to twist a few arms, but can't get any more drivers for Sunday!!

If this is the level of interest for karting, maybe next time we should challenge another club?

I still have contact with the scottish kit car club, and they sometimes struggle for numbers at their kart nights - could be fun to challenge them?

And a car park full of MX-5's and assorted kit-cars would be interesting!!
