Yes, as if we would. :!:

I'm off to work now in my Peugeot 407 (Liz gets the pleasure of using the '5)

I'm going to flash my lights and wave at all the other 407's, so if I'm not on tonight you'll know I've been arrested.

This is getting quite sad, or is it just Christmas.

I often pass my local Honda dealer who, like all dealers, has full length windows... for obvious reasons. The windows are close to the road and you get a great reflection of yourself passing by. I always admire what I see and wave to the reflection and you know what? The nice chap invariably waves back

You're right Phil, it is quite sad.

Don
it must be a west of scotland thing this spotted car lark as i have not seen any through this way - a few striped certainly but none of the spotted variety - when did you get yours done or have you moved into a area inhabited by seagulls

Chic,

I know you are pulling my leg but don't take it the wrong way. The only time I would wave at another MX5 owner would be to alert them they were going the wrong way down a one way street.

Kristoff,

On the window reflection thing, when I was a lad in Airdrie (here I go again) there was a left kink in South Bridge Street. This meant you could drive straight at "Burtons" window and get a full view of your car. All the boy racers (myself included) used to drive towards the window and flash our headlights. It's a wonder we didn't run over the odd pensioner as the bingo hall was near.
Burtons is still there although I've never tried it in the '5.

I'm getting my new 407 company car in February. Perhaps we could start a club for people with 5's and 407's !!!!
Then again..............
