Secret Santa.. :?: If you wish to take part in this years secret Santa could you please bring a gift to value of ?5.00-?7.00, this year Santa will have two sacks, one for Girls and one for Boys. (if you come as a couple bring one for each gender, or if you are single male/female bring male/female gift) Gifts can be car related 8) or fun :lol: but try to make it something you would be happy to receive. :D

Here's the menu for the 4th (Did I mention that that was a Saturday?) :lol:

Christmas Lunch Menu

3 Courses 12.95

Freshly made soup of the day

Chicken liver and port pate with Cumberland sauce, Scottish oatcakes and petit salad

Chilled tower of honeydew melon and red apple with a mixed berry
& vanilla compote and lemon sorbet.

Smoked salmon, cream cheese & chive roulade with toasted brioche and lemon and English mustard dressing.

Beef tomato, Mozzarella and char grilled chicken salad with
dressed leaves and tarragon pesto.

Hot smoked salmon and tiger prawn salad with picked leaves,
pink grapefruit, cucumber and a thousand island dressing

Traditional roast turkey with chipolatas wrapped in bacon,
chestnut and hazelnut stuffing and a roast gravy

Grilled trout fillet with lyonnaise potatoes and a lemon and dill dressing

Baked Oyster and Shitake mushrooms, egg, cashew nut and herb
tartlet served with a pimento and cherry tomato cream.

Roast breast of chicken with red onion, plum and cranberry compote and thyme jus.

Steamed fillet of sole filled with salmon and lemon mousse and topped with a mixed grape, satsuma and green peppercorn cream.

Beef and root vegetable casserole with rosemary, thyme and red wine.

Flamed grilled rump steak with a button mushroom, Spanish onion, French mustard, brandy, Worcester sauce and red wine cream

Vegetable moussaka topped with white cheddar and parmesan and served with a small salad

Creme Brulee and fruits of the forest
Traditional Christmas Pudding with Brandy butter
Chocolate Fudge cake with vanilla ice cream
