It was good to meet the Swedes, I'll upload my pics this week when I can. Apologies to Paul for the pace over the Lecht (you didn't have to keep up  ) but a very enjoyable drive in company it was - you can lead next time though mate ;)

Findlay,
I had every confidence in your driving, 8) it soon became apparent you were well within yours and the cars limits (also 'legal', road and conditions). Think you will enjoy next knockhill with members :P
It is easier to follow someone who knows the roads and watch their approach, gives me more vision of conditions.
Elaine not so enthusiastic about conditions over the Lecht but still not too bothered, used to spirited driving and knows the '5's' capabilities.
Glad you came.

Just to say a huge thanks to everyone for coming along to this event but not just that, due to the route our visitors had chosen (ie Dundee City Centre) and seeing as it became apparent they didn't like to be seperated  that and the many other hurdles we overcame, meant that everyone got involed in some capacity and at some stage.
A big thanks to Paul & Elaine for taking the lead of group one on Sunday afternoon. The coastal route was excellent and enjoyed by everyone, the sun shone kindly on us as we drove through Findochty and waved to Paul & Elaine's neighbours, they must of been thinking where did that nutter pick this lot up from and of course Elaine pointed out the house so we all know where to go now :D .
Good to meet Findlay and Sarah, hope you both enjoyed the day.

Mr sneaky eh

Just in case anyone thinks they missed out on a photo opportunity, after I had negotiated a deal for the parking at Glamis Castle, I thought I'd push my luck and asked if we could park all the cars at the front of the Castle, the attendant refused point blank saying "no but we will allow one car only" so rather than having to pick one and disappoint so many I declined the offer, seems someone decided to hold back to the end for a reason

Thank you everybody for all your accistance during our trip to Scotland. We loved every minute of it. We drove nearly 17.400miles from Stockholm and back again.
Non of the 20 cars on the trip had any trouble.

You are welcome to visit us in Stockholm. Our house is open for you. We can accomodate at least 4 persons a night.

Mail to: frogeye@telia.com

Picture shows our car just washed at home.

All the best,
Börje and Eva
