A favourite of mine is the road from Aviemore to Forres. There are nice twisty bits with a couple of really challenging hairpins as well as wide open curves and swoopy straights to really stretch your cars legs. Just don't get distracted by the RAF Tornados and Nimrods flying just on the horizon.

Whilst staying in Nairn last week I had the chance to drive this road and it was indeed excellent, but found a hidden gem on the way back...the B9007 from Carrbridge to Ferness, a wide B road with a decent surface, stunning views and long straights that make you want to stop and photograph your car against the scenic backdrop, unfortunately it was the sensible car we had with us, :cry: so no pictures.
