Route of a previous driving holiday. Unfortunately this was done before I had the MX-5. This was a great run in a rubbish car and would be amazing in a MX-5. The holiday actually started at Glasgow but my original plan started at Fort William. The Drive between Glasgow and Fort William is worth doing on it's own. Very Beautiful.

Day 1
Start at Fort William
Take A830 to Mallaig Ferry Temrinal
Take Ferry to Armadale, Isle of Skye
Take A851 then A87 to Portree
Take A855 around coast until you reach Uig Ferry Terminal

Day 2
Take Ferry to Lochmaddy, North Uist
Take A867 then A865 Clockwise around North Uist

Day 3
Follow signs for Berneray Ferry Terminal
Take Ferry to Leverburgh, Isle of Harris
Initially take road to Tarbert (Tairbeart) then take unmarked B-road near the primary school - This also leads to Tarbert
Rejoin A859 and continue towards Tarbert
Take A859 all the way to Stornoway Ferry Terminal

Day 4
Take Ferry to Ullapool
Take A835 to Inverness
Take A82 to Fort William
