Just back from giving my mx-5 a serious test around the isles of Arran, Islay & Jura. The coast road around Arran is a real challenge and totally brilliant. I would recommend it to anyone. On the way back, I took a massive detour via Oban then towards Inverary passing many other MX-5s on the way.

must have been you guys on the run. That's a great part of the country for a drive.
I must recommend the ring road on Arran - probably the most fun I've had behind the wheel. So many slopes and corners that I barely got above 40mph.
