Anyone going to the Classic Speedfair at Knockhill? I went to the 06 event and it was great.

I went on the Sunday in 06 and was quite impressed with the show although the Spitfire display was too far away to impress.

I'll be there. Last year's one wasn't as good as '06, but still worth going to.

Is anyone else going to this tomorrow?
As much as I am looking forward to it, the £15 entry fee is ridiculous especially being that it gets worse each year and most of the racing is taken up by the JYS trophy, which consists of those Formula Ford type racers - not historic at all.

Just back from a scorching day being burned to a crisp - i had to drive home with the roof up as I couldn't take any more solar punishment!

Knockhill was good, especially the Ferrari P4, Ferrari Racing and ducktailed 911's to swoon over. Lots of poor points though - not much historic racing at all especially with the historic sports car race aborted, stunt plane not being the historic one as last year, too many modern race series and again, the £15 charge per person. But since the Bute Festival of Speed is no longer, we don't have any choice.

Saw a few 5's there, one silver one in particular driving home from the circuit and negotiating a tricky junction whilst on his mobile phone...

Andy (Rockdoc) and I were down in the afternoon after a good blast thru Glendevon. Some tasty motors there right enough. Ferarri Dino had to be one of the best. That car is amazing in the flesh. Nursing a burnt heid as well now too

Was there on Sunday also. Superb day but a very very burnt heid. Seen a nice red MK1 and a silver MK2. I had my BRG MK1 with me.

Ferrari racing was good and some really nice cars. Liked the JC Lotus Elise very nice and that Dino was just superb.

Good day but was hoping to see some more classics than what I did. Did anyone see the orange capri with the "Drive it Like You Stole It" sticker on the back?
