heated rear window

heated rear window

while cleaning inside of heated rear window managed to dislodge the 2 mains conections from the glass anybody help with what to use to refix to heating element

Some suggest a blob of araldite after that to reinforce the joint.

I've used the conductive paint to repair damaged filaments which worked well but if the power cable has become detached, you may need to solder it back on. the trick will be getting enough heat to solder a good connection without cracking the glass. Glue to reinforce afterwards sounds like a good idea though.

have been strongly advised not to try solder thanks anyway

have been to my local Halfords but they wernt much help but will try other branches plenty about thanks
