Ordered a K&N Typhoon CAI kit on Friday afternoon. Arrived this morning. Fitted this afternoon in 45mins. Started my wee 5 up and oooooerrrr missus. What a sound :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: and :D :D :D . Be interesting to see what it does to the mpg.

Gavin..so you could'nt wait to Weston and get it a bit cheaper, :) can't make up my mind wether to go for the Typhoon or the Racing Beat kit, have you thought about a heat shield for yours yet and have you noticed any difference apart from the noise. :D enjoy :D

Douglas, been out in her today. Throttle response is up, therefore, acceleration up too. My grin was as wide as the front grille. :D . Check out the discounted price on mx5Parts website. Couldn't wait 'till Weston. It's absolutely stonking. :lol: I'll let you see it on Friday. Gave the engine bay a makeover as well, got rid of all that Aberdonian red soil from Easter.
