Finally managed to replace my eunos with another one. Bought it on sunday (12 hours ago :D), but I had to fly down to Woking to get it. The drive back up was very interesting with the very high winds pushing me about, but the car is great.

1.8 '94 v-spec with 40,000 miles. Racing green with a tan roof.

I was smiling most of the 440 mile drive home.

I have a couple of questions about it though. Did all eunos have red rear side lights along the left and right sides? My last one did and I'm abit miffed to find that my new one doesn't. Also, does anyone know how the v-spec speakers are supposed to be wired up to a British Stereo?

I'll try and make it along. How many people do you expect to be there? And is it any particular occasion?

Expecting about 5-8 people, no special occasion, first in a new venture for the club, bring a torch cos the bonnets will definetely go up in the car park :D (non members welcome)

Directions
From M8 Jct6 Take A73 Lanark/Peebles 0.2 miles to roundabout. Take A775 Holytown, Brewers Fayre is immediately on left.

Congratulations :D Great cars aren't they!!

Most car stereos have four speaker outputs ..... usually two for the front speakers (front left and right) and two for the rear (left and right). I always thought that the rear outputs were used for the headrest speakers. What's your problem? Are they wired up and not working, or just not wired up at all?

The head rest speakers are working fine, and so is the sub woofer in the seats, but there is no sound coming from the front speakers. If I adjust the fader then the sound goes from the sub woofer to the head rest speakers.

I'm guessing that the front ones have not been connected at all.

It would probably be good to get someone who has an original Japanese stereo from a v-spec and look at how everything is connected.

Hi all,

I will be attending as a non member but hopefully that will be a thing of the past tonight! Look forward to meeting you all and will hopefully pick up some tips! I work for a large automotive company and have been a car enthusiast for years mostly German though but have gone MX5 daft since buying my Gleneagles.

See you all tonight
