MK3 seen in Scotland

Postby Richardn » Sun Sep 19, 2004 7:17 am

Saturday 10.00 am

Mk3 wearing full body disguise (like a bra, but all over) on foreign plates went through Callander. Look out for this to the North

It was either a Mk3 or a very carefull owner!. Must be on road trial in the North.

Sorry my camera was in the boot

Interesting ... so next time you see it will possibly be test results in one of the carmags ... I read about a Mk3 coming last year in one and asked about it in an Edinburgh dealership when I was looking at an Indiana, salesman said it wouldn't be out til 2006 (but then he would say that  )

Liz (but how can they improve on perfection  still guess it will mean even more diversity and interest in our club)

Lot of chat about the Mk3 here http://forum.miata.net/ubb/ultimatebb.p ... 2;t=000133

on miataforum, including some comments from Bob Hall.

Looks like the picture they have linked (disguised cars on German plates) might be the same car(s) Richard saw :?:

Next MX5

Postby shog69 » Mon Oct 04, 2004 8:54 pm

Okay so here's some news on the next MX5. New car will be on sale end of 2005. It will have a manual cloth roof as per current car. Then 1 year later car will also be available with electric folding hard roof. I'll post some pics as soon as we get any.
