PCP Car Finance

Last week the Bank of England said they were worried about the debt held by car manufacturer’s as cars came off PCP deals back into the manufacturers stock that could not be resold at anywhere near the book value advised by the manufacturer.

Now another angle to the PCP effect is noted here.

Comes as no surprise to me, the whole PCP thing is a house of cards ready to crash to the ground

Ive always thought PCP was yet another banking scam and never been tempted, the maths never made any sense to me .
