Bird poo

Postby c10sul » Wed Apr 09, 2014 11:04 am

Hi Guys, I have never had a problem with excessive bird poo on my car but recently birds have been sitting/shitting on my mirrors and down my car doors :( I have been covering them but they r now targetting my soft top :x Apart from getting a gun any ideas how to get rid of these pooing pests, Thanks again. Not much you can do to scare off birds other than the usual tricks gardeners use like hanging cd's on string nearby. Just make sure your soft top has a decent treatment on it that will make removal of the poo easier. If all else fails, thrown some bread around your neighbour's car...

Hey Iain not funny lol! But thanks guys for the replies. Tried the silver paper all over the washing line, hanging off the trees on my aerial and my windows and guess what the wee birdies still pooed on my car  So its just a case of getting the tarpaulin oot every time I park my baby - but hey ho its better than the alternative
