Took this shot a few months back in North Queensferry - hope you like:

Since then I've added MX5 Parts twin exit system - upgraded dics and pads all round and she's booked in next month to get a scratch and a few unsightly blemishes taken care of. Got a good location in mind for my next shoot so expect more shots soon :)

Thanks Ian - quick question guys, after the bodywork is sorted she's booked in for a wheel refurb and am toying with the idea of either keeping them the original (alloy) colour or changing to black chrome.

Your thoughts?

Loving that - not a fan of the MX5 in black usually but that looks great, particularly in that light.

Where are you getting the wheels done? I had mine done in "Shaddow Chrome" (silver over black) a while back at Wheel Pro Scotland and they did a top notch job - looked like this:

I reckon they'd look awesome on a black car!

PS apologies if this is being cheeky but I might be willing to do a swap for your standard wheels with some cash my way seeing as mine is currently off the road for a while and need monies to fund getting the rust sorted!!

You're welcome to come take a look and even to do a test fit if you like to see what you think - offer open even if you're not interested in buying mine and just want to take a look for ideas. I'm in South Queensferry.

Hi there

Thanks for the kind comments on my photo first of all :D

I was quoted £350.00 from "The Wheel Specialists" at the Gyle. I'm aware I could probably get them done a bit cheaper than that but every review I've read and everyone I've spoken to has praised them very highly for both their service and aftermarket service. Quite like the "Shadow Chrome" you've got there but I'm really after something a smidge darker in colour.

Oh - and you're not being cheeky, you're "exploring possible business avenues"
