MK1 California comes home

Postby Richardn » Tue May 03, 2011 8:18 pm

I got it home today, a quick wipe down and some photos. Another 16 year old :)

Yes it's got the hardtop on as it's living outside as the Mk2 RS is in the garage

Richard has said on a few occasions that the MX5, Aye, the Mk2 Roadster, is only a third car, so not any good reason to bother much about a third car or spend much on it.

So even less reason to bother about a fourth car one assumes!!!!!!

Thanks for all the nice comments

Yes it's the same California that I had in about 2003. Just the same apart from the rust done and a respray. Oh and a new Mk2 hood

I remember that day at Crail, I think I am one of the people standing watching.

Hey, the drift thingy looked so much fun that I did one on the roundabout just north of Kip Marina this afternoon! I loved it, but a close neighbour in a wee Citroen got a fright, and Sue didn't think much of it. :D
