Still snow on the hills

Wattie, Janet, Maria and I drove the route for Janets Jaunt in the summer. Roads clear at the start
Image
A lot of snow melting but still no problems
Image
Stopped for Maria to take some photos and a little bit of sliding
Image
Some photos and decision made to keep going
Image
Wrong decision, got about another 300 yards up the road but the snow was too deep in the middle of the road. Front spoiler acting like a snow plough.
Image
Snow behind us and longer route taken to Kenmore. Should be Ok for July. LOL.

The last picture shows a man exhausted from pushing another mans car in the snow. Nice pictures just hope it is all clear in July.

The car park won't be empty like that in July I can assure you.
But they do have have lots of parking round the back.

The Taysiders were there in June 2009 and we were very well catered for - we had a room to ourselves. :D

Yep, memorable lunch in a miniature version of a castle's banqueting hall - fine day!
Cheers
