YUK...ITS ONLY REALLY THE COPPER REACTING TO THE WATER

Ok...now that I have your attention, how about a 'Kildrummy Revisited Run' on Sunday 17th July, exactly a year since the North Area's last official Run. Could meet up again in Stonehaven Car Park, which is handy for Aberdeen and Dundee Members. Everyone would be welcome whether members or not, lets just get something kicked off this year.

WHAT DO YOU THINK!!!...

*Picture is the urinal in Kildrummy Inn

Sorry I can't make it , away over the w/e.
I am still looking into arranging a meet up at the Kildrummy Inn for an evening Drink/Meal one Saturday and/or weekday night during these light nights. It will be a nice drive from any direction anyway. Will update when able.

and would the run take in the Fettercairn - Banchory road by any chance???

If so, count Linda and I in (it just so happens we also like to eat at the Kildrummy).

I will even try to arrange my schedule to make sure that I am not over in the USA or attending meetings in London.

As for p*** on a copper!! Well, given the service we got from the boys in blue up here when our car got trashed on Saturday evening, I would rather buy them a drink.

Some youngsters (who now think otherwise) thought it would be good fun to have a race up our road, over the boots, roofs and bonnets of cars.

My Xedos now has a dent big enough to have a bath in on the roof, with a matching wash-hand basin sized one in the bonnet.

It is a pity that when god made earth and man, he left a bag of ar**h***s lying around somewhere and they ended up evolving into things that live in our village!!
When someone gives you a pat on the back make damned sure they did not have a knife in their hand.

Hi Bill,
I didn't mean p*****g on policemen, I meant the trough and I'm sure Chris meant the same.
However, I am affraid I havn't found our local constabulary as helpfull as yourself. In fact I have found the majority condescending and arrogant, assuming everyone is a criminal. This applying to women and men.
I know not all are like this but I think as public servants those, I have met need training in interpersonal and communicastion skills.
I don't wish to affend you by my view but I hold this view on my personal experience. Maybe in the future things will change!!!

Going to Knockhill on the 16th and supposed to be going to the Scottish Power Show in Edinburgh on 17th, but if I don't stay down the road then I'll come along (no promises though).

Providing I don't blow my engine up again I'll be along, not going down to Edinburgh on the 17th. See you all there.

Dundee posse

Postby Colin » Fri Jul 15, 2005 11:52 pm

Hi folks

I'm going to have to make a last minute decision on Sunday morning about this one. Really keen to go, but my decision depends on another's actions - suitably cryptic?

Perhaps someone from the bunch meeting in Dundee to head up to Stonehaven could post a time and meeting point; if I'm going, I'll definitely be there on time.

If I haven't arrived on time, I ain't coming and hope you all have a sensational day!
Cheers
Colin

Anyone from Dundee interested in travelling up to the run can meet at the usual place (outside Toyota garage on Forfar Road heading out of Dundee) for a 9.00am departure.
