NSE Event - Meet the Neighbours 9/11

Postby IanH » Tue Oct 21, 2008 7:48 pm

A leisurely run down the coast to Arbroath or Montrose (tbd) to meet our cousins from NSS and have a coffee or tea and chat about cars.

If you can't make the Tech day or it's not your thing or even better like me just want another excuse to get out in the car let me know if you can come along. 8)

OK, provisional contingent from the North is;

Self & Diane
Bernard H
Graham K
Andy & Margaret
Helen & Wendy

Any more for any more?

Meeting Point : Duthie Park 10:30
Departure Time : 10:45:

A leisurely run down the coast to Arbroath to meet our cousins from NSS and have lunch, coffee or tea and chat about cars.

Arbroath, the meeting point will probably be the Meadowbank Inn Montrose Road, Arbroath, DD11 5RA Tel: 01241 875755, quoted as 'Huge car park, cheap-ish and cheerful fayre from filled sandwiches, toasties, tatties etc to fish and chips, steak pie etc. From there its a short drive to Auchmithie - spiritual home of the Arbroath smokie! Tom, Colin is going to let me know who's planning to come this week, I would expect we'll be in Arbroath around 11:30 - 11:45 at the latest.

Look forward to meeting you.

I've e-mailed the NSS members who have indicated an interest, plus Ian, so now you all have each other's e-mail addresses and mobile numbers.

Have a great one ... and may the sungods smile on you.
Cheers

Well don't add me to any list... 615am flight at airport on Sunday :(

.. not sure if Rio/Sao Paulo qualify for a 8) yet... suspect another round of offices, hotels, workshops will look the same   .. just a different twist on the quality of service :?

.. but I will get back for the 16th for Tech day .. well that the plan. :)
