They're digging up Kirk Brae at the moment apparently although access to the car park is apparently not a problem.

Doubt I'll make it, struggle to find any spare time just now!

Good news, or possibly bad news depending on how you look at it.

I cocked up my flight reservation so now can't leave 'til next weekend.

That means I'll be able to make the pub meet. :D

Enjoy yourselves. I'll be on a rigid rib boat trip from Banff to a sea bird colony with people from my work. Looking at the weather, it is likely to be pretty bloomin' cold. Should be good fun though.

Was a good meeting, nice to meet Helen (Splash Green 2.5 with big alloys) and Ian & Anne (very nice Mk2 BRG) and also to meet Jill too who was keeping Mike in line!

Ricky's soon to depart new car was very nice, that will be a good buy for someone, hope you and Kim had a nice run back to Craigellachie.

Lorraine provided us with useful straps to get the roof up quickly. (and I've edited that from my first attempt but if you were there you will understand what I may have written)

The beer in the Garth was up to its usual standard, will have to go back without the car!

Yes it was nice to see some new faces so thanks Ian, Anne, Helen and Jill for coming along and also Ricky and Kim for doing the long drive. Mike, that's twice in a year, surely a record

Apologies received from several folk so hope to see you next time.

Ricky's car really is a beauty so I'm sure it will sell no problem.

As always, a practical demonstration of "the strap" worked wonders  Five happy customers I think

One question that did come up was "why does my aerial go up and down on it's own?" If anyone knows then please feel free to let us know the solution/reason. Thanks.

Nice to meet so many new friends.

Thanks for all the nice comments about the car.

We had a great run home with the top down 8) I think bracing is the best word to describe it. :P

Probably not as bracing as belting along in an open top boat back to Banff from Penan into the wind and torrential rain at about 23 knots. Cold, soaked to the skin and ginning like an idiot. That's what I was doing. :)

Glad it was a good meeting. I've missed a couple now. I'll have to make more of an effort for the next one.
