NSE 2008 Planning meeting, 1pm Sunday 27th

Postby The Pram » Wed Jan 23, 2008 12:21 am

This event is the North Scotland East 2008 planning meeting. I would love to see as many of you there as possible as it is your chance to have a say in what we do this year.

On the agenda for discussion will be:-

election or re-election of area coordinator
dates and places for runs
new events
tech days
a new competition
proposal for a team mini car project
the Gathering
funds raising
and other assorted bits and pieces.

Anyway, to find out more then come along on the day.

Should we find that we are likely to be knee deep in snow then the meeting will be postponed until things improve.

See you all on Sunday and please indicate here or on the events section if you intend to come along.

Apologies for not being there today, had planned on coming until I had visitors turn up wanting to watch the footie.

Sorry I couldn't make it either. I've been off work ill for the last week and I'm signed off for another. :(

I got your e-mail summary/minute of the meeting though and will read it properly later on.
