For those who don't know the Castle Hotel, it looks like you are driving somewhere you shouldn't (ie its looks like private land).

From the Square in Huntly, you drive towards the School (passing the police station which will be on your right) and go straight across at the crossroads with the war memorial. This takes you through the school campus and, in fact, you go right under the arch of the Simpson Building of the school. You'll pass the golf club on the right, then the old ruined castle but it's fine. Just keep on going until you get to the Hotel. There are other ways to reach it, but that's probably the most direct.

Coming from Aberdeen, follow the by-pass all the way round past Asda &Tesco and take the next right then second right down a tree lined road with houses on your left and field on right. Follow the road to the bottom and you come across the rear enterence.

Now is that as clear as mud

I doubt I'll make it, just home yesterday after 2500miles in the MX to the Nurburgring and back - it needs washed and I'm short on time to do it this week.

Sorry to miss it but see you all on the 23rd :)
Long term MX5-less I miss my 5...

Hoping I can make it but I'm going to have to go home to Kinmuck from Huntly, then turn around and drive back. I was just going to stay at work but we have a guy coming round to measure up for some work on the house. Depending on how long that takes, I'll either make it or not. :? Not exactly an informative post eh?

Anyway, the weather in Huntly today started out a bit showery but it has been getting brighter as the day goes on. Ahhh dammit, just looked out the window. Rain's on again. Oh well, it's brighter rain than it was. Not the best top-down weather.
