Anyone free this Sunday (5th) - Track action

Postby findlay » Thu Aug 02, 2007 12:46 pm

Its the SIDC (Scooby Impreza Drivers Club) day at the Grampian Transport museum, Alford, Aberdeenshire (where the club attended to Motorvation a couple of weeks ago). The benefot of this event is that you will be able to pay (a small fee) and get use of your car on the track. I'm going along to redeem myself from last year (span off into the middle of the circuit after hitting gravel on the exit of a corner  ) and I believe the Doc is coming along too.

Any other takers? If its dry I'm ever hopeful that the Scooby boys can be shown a thing or two :? :P

It'll be on all day and I'd imagine gates will open 10am-ish

Which would be best from Falkirk....A93 to Banchory then A980..or the A90 to Aberdeen...then A980. Not used the A93 in 25 years...forget what it is like

Will be in the Aberdeen area over the weekend, if I can get out of being dragged around the shops I will take a run out to Alford.
