At the Vale Hotel in Fyvie.

Is it still on? I've emailed Lorraine but with no reply as yet. Only confirmed I could make it last night. Anyone going along for 7.30?

Oh the shame  If you are on my mailing list then you know the saga but if not then basically I am running 24 hours behind.

1. delayed in Heathrow on Sunday
2. flying round Dyce for hours with an aborted landing attempt
3. diverted to Newcastle (no planes to Edinburgh or Inverness due to Glasgow problem)
4. abandoned by BA staff
5. driven home by taxi from Newcastle
6. bed about 7am

I knew the meet was the day after I returned but my body clock is all to pot and I only realised about 8.30 that it was tonight. I had been thinking all afternoon that seeing as it was due the day after I got back then it was tomorrow.

Lets blame British Airways (lack of ground staff meant delay in leaving), terrorists (preventing use of nearer airport) good old Aberdeen summer weather

really sorry guys for letting you down.

Good show. What's planned for the month then?

I'm more than happy to arrange another pub night soon if folks want one. Might even manage to go myself this time
