Another addition to the trip

Postby Fiona » Wed May 23, 2007 5:20 pm

Hi folks

Hubby and I are joining you on the trip at the weekend. We are friends of Murray and Lynne. (I am the ‘Mrs’ in Stevie and Mrs!!). Looking forward to meeting everyone.

One of Stevens workmates, Alan, heard about the trip and enquired about joining us. Hope you don’t mind but we said the more the merrier. Consequently, and due to the short timescale, Alan contacted the hotel directly today and booked a room. (Alan has a green MX5 and will be travelling with his daughter).

See you all soon.

Regards,

Fiona.

Brilliant, the more the merrier, I had been lazy and not called the hotel to change numbers yet so they have the numbers at 21 and it looks like 20 people so that's cool. Do you need a copy of the itinary Fiona or did you get one already ? If you need a copy then just pm me your email address.

Rick: I was going to pm you about that. I think to be in Perth for 9:30 we will need to leave damn early though  I'm not sure what Malcolm is doing with regards Perth and if he's still coming to the start or just making his own way to the hotel.

Hi Paul

Murray sent us a copy of the itinerary. Steven will forward it to Allan. See you all in Perth on Saturday.

Brillant, have just phoned (well the other half who just arrived home from Perth phoned  ) the hotel just now to confirm everything. Also called the lunch stop for Sunday and will call the Saturday lunch stop as soon as they say that they are not so busy

The hotel is booked for 9 rooms for the club and Alan has self-booked. The person there didn't know if he mentioned it was part of the MX5 group but she is going to tell Kevin (the boss) to make sure he gets the same group price that the rest of us get and also to make sure they know he and his daughter will be included in the meals.

Rick: Julie has left a message on Malcolms answerphone. Hopefully Mirriam (spelling ?) will call back to confirm what their plans are. Not sure what day/time Malcolm is back this week. Think we are the only ones from up north but haven't checked the list fully yet.
