Hi again - Inverness

Postby mnp1962 » Sun Feb 01, 2009 7:21 pm

Hi

I used to be a member here a few years back when I had a 97 1.8i in black. Sold it because it was only being used a few times a year.
Found I missed spending time working on it so bought a 93 1.6i in red. Needs a new wing and a bit of work but I enjoy locking myself away in the garage at weekends. Hope to have it ready for the summer.

If anyone from the Highlands wants to do some work on their car feel free to give me a shout and you can use my big double garage.

Hi Martin. welcome back. You'll no doubt see a lot of changes here compared to your last visit. I'm not too sure how many members live up your way as I only deal with those with AB postcodes but I'm sure the offer of a garage will be tempting for us too

Hi Martin,Welcome back. I am in Golspie and am the AC for this region. Not too many members in this area and the ones we do know are well spread out with an average of 50 miles apart (In some cases much more than that) :-)

I am sure the offer of a garage to work in will be most welcome.

Hi Martin,

1993 red Mk1 can't be bad
That's a great offer I'm sure it will be taken up if only by me
Rocdoc has been a great help to me so now with your offer, coming from Buckie area, I can light the candle at both ends. :P

See you around, call by when passing.

Still here but new car

Postby mnp1962 » Sun Mar 08, 2009 6:53 pm

Well I could not resist a good offer and brought myself a brand new MK3 2.0i in Galaxy Grey. The MK1 is going to have to go so I can get the garage for the new car.

Just going to finish off a few bits on it and put it up for sale
