New Owner in Hamilton

Postby tdes05 » Sun Jun 17, 2007 3:39 pm

After 7 years of driving MG TF I deciced it was time for a change. So I trade in my MG and bought a new MX-5. I have not been disappointed in my first month with the MX-5

I hope to be able to take part in some of the clubs events I particulary like the look of the Perthshire Glens run. Just a pity I only found out about the club after the Cowal run

Welcome to the forum Angus.

You'll notice a big difference from the MG, for a start the roof on the five goes down.

Welcome to the forum and good choice :D

You'll have found that the MX5 is a great car and I find it better balanced than the MG (rear engine I found made it a bit too tail happy, I find the MX can be tail happy when pushed but it's more progressive and predictable).

Club runs are good fun and the people are friendly.#
